You will be met by a Shubhechha CSE (Customer Support Executive) or CSR (Customer Support Representative) and guided throughout your journey at the airport. Whether departing, arriving or taking a connecting flight, choose the Shubhechha- Meet & Greet Products that suits you best!

  • On Departure: A Shubhechha CSE (Customer Support Executive) or CSR (Customer Support Representative) will greet you at the curbside of HS International Airport or meeting points designated by you with your name appear in a placard. He will assist you at the baggage drop-off area, help you to secure the boarding card and complete check-in formalities and guide you to your boarding gate. You will be guided through the security checkpoints. He is there to accompany you through the airport up to immigration desk at your own pace, every step of the way.
  • For connecting flights (between Int’l & Domestic Terminal): A Shubhechha CSE (Customer Support Executive) or CSR (Customer Support Representative) will greet you upon arrival at the terminal. If you have a limited amount of time between your flights, he will show you the fastest way through the airport.
  • Upon Arrival: A Shubhechha CSE (Customer Support Executive) or CSR (Customer Support Representative) will greet you at the terminal after Immigration Counter with a placard showing your name and accompany you to the airport exit. You will be guided through the security checkpoints and baggage delivery area.
